Ghana international Mohammed Kudus is convinced he will only get better under new West Ham United boss Julen Lopetegui.
The Ghanaian is set for his second season with the Hammers after a brilliant debut campaign. Kudus will, however, play his second season under a new face following the departure of David Moyes.
Lopetegui has been given the managerial role for the upcoming season and despite the change in the head coach role, Kudus backed himself to excel under the Spaniard.
“His [Lopetegui's] style is how I want to play, how I want to attack as a winger and there is a lot of freedom, which allows me to do that," he told whufc.com.
"That is the most important thing for me - that I’m allowed to play how I want to. He has different tactics and a different style, but we are all working together to push the Club to the level where we want it to be."
Kudus scored 14 goals for the Hammers in his first season after joining from Ajax last summer while also registering six assists in 45 games across all competitions.
