President Akufo-Addo has appointed Commissioner of Police, Christian Tetteh Yohuno as the new Deputy Inspector-General of Police in charge of Operations.
This appointment follows the advice of the Police Council during its meeting today, where COP Yohuno's exceptional credentials and dedication to duty were acknowledged.
The statement by the Jubilee House Director of Communications described the Commissioner as a distinguished law enforcement officer with a career spanning over three decades who has held key positions within the Service.
President Akufo-Addo extended his congratulations to COP Yohuno on his well-deserved appointment and wished him the very best in the discharge of his duties.
