Ghanaian youngster, Richmond Gyamfi, says he can't wait to begin the next chapter of his career in Denmark after signing for AGF.
The 19-year-old joined the Danish Superliga side on Wednesday, July 10, signing a five-year deal with the club ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Gyamfi makes the switch to the top-flight side after only enjoying four months in the First Division with Hobro IK where he netted three goals and set up four others in 13 appearances since his debut in February.
Following the completion of the Ghanaian says he feels ready for elite football with AGF the right place for his development.
"It is a big day for me and I am proud that I can now switch to a big club like AGF. I feel ready to take the next step in Danish football and AGF is the right place for me to continue my development," he said.
"Now I am looking forward to meeting my new teammates and taking part in the start-up."
Gyamfi is expected to join his new teammates in the coming days for pre-season ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.
