The 4th edition of the PA Conference, held at the Labadi Beach Hotel on Friday, June 21, 2024, brought together hundreds of personal, executive, business and project assistants for an impactful and inspiring session.
Under the theme “THRIVING IN GROWTH,” this year’s event saw nearly 200 participants gather to learn best practices, connect with peers, and share their diverse experiences.
Started in 2019 by Fivesixfive, the PA Conference aims to offer a place of growth for Personal and Executive assistants to better assume leadership roles, add value to their executives and exhibit excellence in their work. Over the years, the conference has hosted almost 1000 delegates, steadily growing in size and influence.

This year's event featured a dual format of keynote speeches and a panel discussion, offering valuable insights and interactive experiences for all attendees. The line-up of esteemed speakers included Bernard Avle, Josephine Hutton Mills, Doreen Baffoe, and Charles Wundengba. They delved into salient topics such as self-reflection and discovery, emotional intelligence, personal branding and introduced tech tools designed to enhance efficiency.

Maame Ekua Gaisey, Managing Partner at Fivesixfive, detailed the driving force behind their mission and provided a glimpse into the future. “As a visionary leader in organisational culture and human capacity development, since 2019, we at Fivesixfive have crafted a unique platform that empowers professionals in administrative roles—from personal and executive assistants to office managers—equipping them with cutting-edge knowledge and global insights".
