The Ghanaian secondary bond market was quiet with minor clips of exchange across the February 2034 and August 2027 bonds.
The total exchanged volume amounted to less than GH¢1 million, about 99.84% fall week-on-week.
This reflected a more than 99% drop-in activity compared to the preceding week.
Analysts thus expect the quiet trend in the market to persist.
This is because the market participants continue to monitor developments around restructuring talks after the recent agreement in principle on the Eurobond debt.
This week there will be less activity on the market as investors adopt a wait and see position.
