Ghana Premier League side Asante Kotoko have mutually parted ways with 11 players following the end of the 2023/24 season.
The Kumasi-based side announced parting with the players on Tuesday, June 18, with the list including club captain Danlad Ibrahim.
The list also includes Isaac Oppong who enjoyed a brilliant start to life at the Baba Yara Stadium in his first season.
Other players are:
- Kalo Ouattara
- Nicholas Osei Bonsu
- Augustine Agyapong
- Nicholas Mensah
- John Tedeku
- Sherif Mohammed (Defender)
- George Mfegue
- Serge-Eric Zeze
- Moise Pouaty
The club held a meeting with affected players at the secretariat to finalise the decisions earlier in the day.
Kotoko, who finished in a disappointing sixth place in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League, are making significant changes to bounce back next season.
