Ghana international Maxwell Woledzi has been named in the Spring Team of the Season of the Norwegian top flight.
The central defender has started all games in the league for his side following his crucial role in ensuring their promotion from the First Division at the end of last season.
Woledzi has been a pillar at the back for Fredrikstad FK who continue to impress following the appearance in the Eilteserien.
The 22-year-old has started all 12 games in the league for the club contributing to five assists in the process.
The Ghanaian manages two interceptions per game in the top flight which is only bettered by Martin Owe Roseth (2.1)
In the Fredrikstad team, he leads in successful dribbles and most tackles won while no one has managed a better passing accuracy than him.
Woledzi will be looking to continue his impressive start to the Norwegian top flight as the season continues.
