The two teams will go head-to-head in the final of the 2023/24 season after clinching their respective zones.
Ampem Darkoa Ladies finished ahead of Northern Ladies in the Northern Zone with just three points separating them while Hasaacas Ladies triumphed on the last day of the season, beating second-placed Faith Ladies on the road.
