The picture has now been slated for May 1 with the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu set to host both teams.
The Division One League side are on a fairytale ride in the competition and will be looking to upset the defending champions.
One of the two teams will be looking to join Nsoatreman Football Club, Legon Cities Football Club and Bofoakwa Tano in the last four of the competition.
The semi-final matches will be played between May 10 and 13, 2024.
