President and Founder of the Afro-Arab Group of Companies, Alhaji Salamu outshone competitors from South Africa, Tanzania, and Kenya with his innovative approach.
The 37-year-old secured victory with a compelling presentation on transforming affordable housing in Africa.
Recently, Amadu proposed acquiring the Saglime Housing Project from the government, a crucial step towards providing accessible housing for lower-income Ghanaians.
Under the Afro-Arab Properties and Construction banner, Amadu introduced a pioneering policy allowing Ghanaians to own homes without interest, supported by a flexible payment plan spanning five years.
Furthermore, Afro-Arab Properties has already erected over 100 homes in Ghana, showcasing its commitment to delivering top-notch housing solutions.
The prestigious awards ceremony, held at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Nairobi, united influential business leaders and entrepreneurs from across Africa.
