The Black Satellites' quest for a gold medal continues after beating Senegal on Tuesday evening to seal a place in the final at the African Games.
Michael Ephson came from the bench to score the only goal of the game to break the hearts of the Senegalese.
In the 83rd minute, Ephson connected with a feed from Jerry Afriyie to score the winning goal for the Black Satellites.
Desmond Ofei's team delivered another impressive effort throughout the game to keep their championship hopes alive. Despite Ghana's excellent performance, Senegal proved to be a dangerous opponent, preventing them from scoring early on.
Ghana will come up against Uganda in the final on Friday, March 22. Uganda defeated Congo 4-2 in the other semi-final encounter.
The Men's football competition final will take place in the Accra Sports Stadium with Ghana looking to reclaim the gold medal once again after last doing so in 2011.
