The eagerly anticipated Sintex Ghana Interschool Festival which unites Schools for Sports and Arts will take place on March 2 and 9, 2024, at the El Wak Stadium.
The festival will bring together 18 schools from the Greater Accra, Central, and Western regions, promising a dynamic blend of sports and artistic activities such as football, basketball, volleyball, athletics, swim meets, table tennis, chess, art, and dance competitions.
Among the participating schools slated for the March 9th event are Accra Community School, British International School, Lincoln Community School, Delhi Private School, American International School, Morgan International Community School, New Nation School, Jireh International School, Dominion Christian Academy International, Giu International Christian School, Ghana Christian International High School, Kent International School International Community College, Good House International School, Says International School, Ekis Montessori, and Hill Star School.
Beyond the thrill of competition, the 14th edition of the inter-school competition holds a deeper purpose: to foster unity among schools, promote the importance of sports as a vital extracurricular activity, and nurture the diverse talents present within Ghanaian schools.
As the festival culminates, deserving winners will not only receive accolades but also the opportunity to be scouted for future endeavours, ensuring that the spirit of the Ghana Interschool Festival continues to inspire and empower young talents for years to come.
