The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama has reassured Ghanaians of his commitment to honouring all promises he is making ahead of the December elections.
The former president emphasised his unwavering dedication to fulfilling all commitments made to the Ghanaian people if entrusted with the mandate in the upcoming polls.
Addressing attendees at the 2024 NDC Policy Dialogue in Peduase, Eastern Region, Mr. Mahama highlighted key pledges, including the streamlining of government, the abolition of ex gratia, and the removal of the e-levy.
"I am steadfast in delivering on the promises I have made and am resolved to uphold them," affirmed the former President.
Mr. Mahama emphasised the viability of his policy initiatives, such as the "24-Hour Economy" and the "Digital Jobs Initiative," asserting that these measures could significantly enhance the nation's prospects, particularly its economic landscape.
“Since 2021, I have outlined over 60 different policy proposals, carefully curated to restore our economy and national life in general, to a much better state,” he added.
Various party groups actively participated in the two-day NDC Policy Dialogue, engaging in discussions and refining policy proposals intended for inclusion in the party's 2024 election manifesto.
