Manchester City winger Jeremy Doku will visit Ghana, the country of his parents, in the near future.
Despite choosing to represent Belgium instead of Ghana, the speedster still has a lot of admiration for the West African country.
In an interview with Premier League TV, the 21-year-old who speaks fluent Twi, said he would return to Ghana, sooner rather than later.
"Yeah. Of course I'm Ghanaian. My parents are also Ghanaians. I also speak Twi which is the language of Ghana. So I have to go back again because it's (been) a long time ago."
Doku also revealed his admiration for Ghanaian music.
"I like Ghana. I like the way they talk. I the the music."
Doku who has scored on two occasions in the eighteen matches he has played for Belgium, says a return to the country of his parents is on the horizon.
"My parents often go back. I haven't gone back yet so I have to go."
