Lynx Entertainment signee, St Lennon has come through with a new song titled ‘Show Working’, a genre-blending track about hard work and visibility.
The two-minute song showcases the artiste’s versatility, combining a feel-good chorus with rap on drill sounds.
“Everyday we party, no be mouth we dey show working” he sings on the newly released highly replayable anthem.
The musician, born Cudjoe Godfred Lino says ‘Show Working’ is inspired by his acceptance of the reality that breaking through an industry saturated by several acts of commensurate talent requires [personal] drive, consistency and dedication.

He admits to deriving motivation from Grammy-award-winning act Burna Boy’s “you go explain taya, no evidence” meme that hit the internet sometime last year like an uncontrollable pandemic.
“As a creative, I understand the need to give fans something to look forward to, something different that sets me apart; because there are a lot of other acts within the music space. That forms part of what I seek to convey in this song.”
Show Working, which was rolled out to all streaming platforms on Wednesday, marks Lynx Entertainment’s debut project for 2024.
Production on the song was handled by Nikita Bitcrush Lopatin, who has worked on previous projects by the artiste.
St Lennon’s former credits include Holy Father and Pilipi. He says he has had the opportunity to record sounds with label mates KiDi and Kuami Eugene that are yet to hit the airwaves.
At a press soirée held Thursday, the talent spoke about his plans for the year. During the conversation, it was confirmed that fans can expect more head-bopping tracks from him in the course of the next 12 months.
You can listen to “Show Working” on all music streaming platforms.
