The Ghana Football Association has held a successful meeting with the 18 Premier League clubs on various issues on the progress of the league including the revision of the partnership between betPawa and the Association on the Ghana Premier League.
At the meeting which was held at the Boardroom of the Association on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, the GFA and the Premier League clubs fully discussed the revised partnership between the GFA and betPawa. Per the revised partnership, betPawa will pay an increased Locker Room Bonuses to players of every team that wins a league match.
betPawa will complete the artificial pitch at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
The clubs fully discussed and agreed on the decision of the Association to provide a package to support clubs for the 2023/24 league season.
The meeting also reviewed the season so far and further discussed various strategies aimed at further improving the Ghana Premier League.
