Ho Technical University emerged as the winner for the second time after wowing the judges with their indomie meal.
The episode came with a huge twist, as the normal routine of judges providing ingredients in the mystery basket for contestants to prepare a specific dish was scrapped.
Each contestant selected from each school picked papers containing different indomie recipes in a bowl on behalf of their team.
All the participating schools were expected to win the judges' favour and get the privilege of finding their meal in the Indomie recipe book worldwide.
Ernestina Yeboah, a representative of Indomie, a sponsor of the show, was a guest judge. She expressed how thrilled she was to be part of this episode, and urged the contestants to come up with innovative ways to make meals with indomie.
"My expectation is to see ingenuity from start to finish. The way they will be able to manage the cooking of noodles in order for viewers at home to have new ways of preparing indomie is exactly why I am here. I want to see an 'indomiecious' episode today," she said.
At the end of a 30-minute duration that was allocated to all schools to create their indomiecious recipes, Ho Technical University won the judges’ hearts with their meal for the second time. The judges congratulated them and encouraged them to keep up the good work.
Although Takoradi Technical University picked the gold recipe, which afforded them the chance to develop their own 'indomiecious' recipe, they failed to impress all four judges.
The other 5 schools were also applauded for their efforts and advised to visit the drawing board, do more research, and practice more as eviction approaches.
