Ghana Premier League champions Medeama Sporting Club will face Nigerian side Remo Stars Football Club in the preliminary round of qualifiers for the 2023/24 CAF Champions League.
The draw, which was conducted on Tuesday, July 25, will see another battle between Ghana and Nigeria in the first round of the prelims.
The first leg of the tie is scheduled to take place between August 18-20 with Medeama expected to use the Cape Coast Stadium as the home venue.
The return leg will then take place a week later in Nigeria.
The winner of the fixture will proceed to the next round where they will face Horoya SC of Guinea.
Medeama are seeking to return to the group stage of a CAF club tournament after playing in the group stage of the CAF Confederations Cup in 2016.
