Ghana international Abdul Baba Rahman is set for a permanent departure from Premier League side Chelsea after agreeing a contract termination.
Fabrizio Romano reports that both Chelsea and the Ghana defender have reached a mutual agreement to terminate the player's deal at Stamford Bridge.
Following the termination of his contract, the 29-year-old will join Greek side PAOK in a permanent deal.
Baba Rahman previously played for the club in a six-month loan deal during the 2021/22 season, where he made 13 appearances scoring a goal in 11 starts.
PAOK will sign the player on a free transfer with the latter penning a two-year deal until June 2025.
Baba Rahman joined Chelsea in August 2015 from German club Augsburg and put pen to paper on a five-year deal following an impressive run in the Bundesliga.
He played only 15 times for the team during his time with the Premier League side as he was moved on loan for the large part of his career in England.
He played on loan at several teams, including Schalke, Reims, Mallorca, PAOK, and Reading.
