Nigeria will play Ghana in the final of the maiden edition of the WAFU Zone B Women's U-20 Cup of Nations following their convincing win over Benin.
The Falconets were 3-0 winners over their Benin counterparts to ensure they booked a slot in the last two where they will come up against fierce rivals Ghana.
Amina Bello opened the scoring for Nigeria in the 23rd minute of the game before the top scorer of the competition, Esther Onyenezide scored a brace to give the Nigerians a 3-0 win.
The Falconets are yet to concede so far in the tournament and have scored a total of 19 goals in four matches.
They come up against Ghana at the Baba Yara Stadium on Saturday, June 3, in the final of the tournament with a trophy and bragging rights at stake.
Ghana came from behind to beat Burkina Faso in the earlier semifinal game with Stella Nyamekye, Success Ameyaa and Faiza Seidu all getting on the scoresheet.
The Black Princesses have so far conceded two goals in three games and have scored nine goals, 10 less than Nigeria has.
