Blow Group of companies producers of Bel Aqua and Bel Beverages has assured consumers of quality products as it launches Belpak Paper Tissues with Nana Ama McBrown as brand ambassador.
Belpak which has 500 employees follows in the tradition of the mother company which has served consumers with unique products over the years.
Prioritising hygiene, Belpak’s Paper Tissue factory has automated its line from production to packaging devoid of human contact.
The factory has a capacity of 25,000 metric tons of Classic, Comfort and Eco toilet rolls, kitchen towels, table napkins, and pocket tissues.
Brand ambassador, Nana Ama McBrown excited to have joined Belpak is particular about quality and is happy Ghanaians will experience this goodness.
For her, Blow Group of Companies’ stellar manufacturing standards is the main reason she agreed to be the face of Belpak.
In an interview, Nana Ama McBrown was impressed having toured the fully automated factory at the Tema Free Zones enclave.
“Hygiene standards of the factory stands out for me. One thing people don’t pay attention to when buying tissue products is the hygiene conditions under which they are produced”
“This is because we are often under the impression that they are not edible products like food or water. But when you think about it, you realise that paper tissue products like kitchen towels and table napkins are used directly in the packing and handling of food at home,” she continued.
She reiterated the need to have such products produced in a clean environment.
“So if the tissue is not produced in a clean environment, you might end up contaminating your food. This is why I like the way Belpak’s manufacturing is automated. You could see that from production to packaging, everything is done without any human interference, therefore reducing contamination.”
Head of Corporate Communications for Blow Group of Companies, Emmanuel Quist said Nana Ama McBrown was most the suitable for Belpak Paper Tissues to reach every household.
“McBrown’s track record with brands she has worked with is stellar. She shares the values Belpak wishes to communicate as a group. These are, uncompromised quality, growth, appreciation for Ghanaian family, and traditional values, as well as love and appeal for all categories of persons”
“She is a well-grounded family woman. And that’s exactly what the Belpak brand represents. She is the best partner to carry Belpak to every Ghanaian household”
In terms of customer expectations, Divisional Head in Charge of Belpak Paper Tissues, Raj Mishra promises of tissue paper products of the best quality.
According to him, the Ghanaian customer deserves the perfect paper tissue for the most affordable price which is exactly what Belpak offers.
“The perfect paper tissue is indeed hard to find. It must be soft but not weak, strong but not hard. This requires superior technology to make, and that is what Belpak Paper Tissue is offering customers. From T-roll, to kitchen or multipurpose paper towels, table napkins, to pocket tissues, Belpak is presenting the perfect quality. All you need to do is try it,” he explained.
As part of the launch activities, management of Belpak Paper Tissues and Nana Ama McBrown made donations of valuables worth several thousands of Ghana cedis to the Kpone Poly Clinic and the Tema SOS Children’s Home.
The items comprised of assorted drinks, bottled water, Belpak Paper Tissue products which included bundles of Belpak Classic, Comfort and Eco toilet rolls; Belpak Max, Jumbo, Meg and Premium Multipurpose Paper towels; Belpak table napkin, and Belpak pocket tissue.
Marketing Manager for Blow Group of Companies, Magnus Dey, believes that the donations demonstrate Belpak’s commitment to social sustainability as an organizational value.
“Belpak Paper Tissues are essential products of hygiene and convenience like T-rolls, like multipurpose paper towels, pocket handkerchiefs. These are products required by all, irrespective of background or income levels which is why we believe that donating these essential items to the Kpone Poly Clinic and Tema SOS Children’s Village where they are of critical necessity will give us goodwill from the inception of the brand,” he continued.
“ Secondly, Belpak is a socially conscious brand which cares for its immediate community, its environmental impact, and social contributions. Which is why we have eco versions of our products like Belpak Eco T-rolls and Eco table napkins, which are made from recycled paper. This demonstrates our commitment to our Corporate Social Responsibilities as a brand, ”he added.
Medical Superintendent of Kpone Polyclinic Dr. Jemima Querte Mensah who received the items on behalf of management expressed gratitude to the Belpak team for the benevolence shown.
