Ghanaian international and former Black Stars winger Christian Atsu was laid to rest, on March 17.
The burial service took place at the forecourt of the State House in Accra and he will be buried in his hometown, Dogobome on Saturday, March 18.
The 31-year-old was amongst thousands of people who died from the devastating quake that struck the province of Turkey-Syria on February 6.
President Akufo-Addo, Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, former President John Mahama and other dignitaries paid their filed past the remains of the former Black Stars player.
Thousands of mourners and well-wishers from Ghana and abroad also paid their respect to Christian Atsu.
The wife and family of the late Ghanaian international were at the burial service to bid their fare well.
