There has been a controversy in Parliament after the appearance of the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Jean Mensa to brief the House on its Constitutional Instrument.
The EC Chair justified the use of the Ghana Card as the sole document required for voter registration.
Also appearing before Parliament was the NIA boss and the Finance Minister.
