Highlife legend Abrantie Amakye Dede has named Kofi Kinaata as one of the best in the current generation of musicians.
Amakye Dede believes Kofi Kinaata is one of the talented musicians whose craft is ever green in the current generation adding “I like Kofi.”

In an interview on Drive Time on Joy FM, Thursday, the ‘Odo Da Baabi’ hitmaker noted that, unlike his generation, contemporary music is consistently changing.
Hence, it takes a lot to be a successful artiste and thus cannot fault any musician, he told Lexis Bill.
The interview was meant to celebrate the 'Iron Boy' singer's 65th birthday, which fell today.
Songs from Amakye Dede's repertoire of music were played were played to herald the interview.
The Highlife singer also praised artistes like Sarkodie, Stonebwoy and Okomfuo Kwadee for their good music.
Meanwhile, Kofi Kinaata and Amakye Dede are expected to perform at the Bayview Village on Saturday, January 7.
