Think Positive Travel and Education Consult, a leading travel and tour agency in the Ashanti Region, is confident of an accelerated growth through exciting events around tourism.
“The pricing for flights were affected. At a point in time, the dollar was too high. Business became a bit slow at that time. But this year things are picking up gradually. We have been able to secure a lot of visas for our students,” Mr Twene said.
Samuel Twene was speaking at a presentation to honor the winner of Miss Technology 2022.
Miss Technology is an annual awards event organized by the University of Energy and Natural Resources.
As a lead sponsor of the event, Think Positive Travel and Education Consult, is sponsoring the winner with an all-expense paid trip to Dubai.
The winner is aided with passport and visa acquisition.
“I would say a big thank you to Think Positive Travel and Education Consult. They have given me such a great opportunity. It was not an easy journey, but God saw us through. Through Think Positive, I have gotten the opportunity to travel,” Miss Technology 2022 Winner, Lily Ohene Akotuah, said.
As part of her project as a beauty queen, Lily Ohene Akotuah is embarking on a recycling project in Ghana.
“The theme for my project is responsible consumption and production. It saddens me when I see people wasting resources which can be used in other ways. An example is polythene bags and plastics,” she said.
Think Positive Travel and Education Consult has expressed its readiness to assist students in tertiary institutions with various opportunities to work or study abroad.
“In 2023, we will expand our tentacles. We will expand our activities to all universities in Ghana. It was in the news that Canada needs 1.5 million people in their country. We want to take advantage of that to enroll most of our students to other countries to study. All you need to do is to visit our offices. The requirements are your transcript, certificate and CV,” he said.
