Some personnel of the Ghana Police Service in Kpando Aloryi have been rendered homeless after fire gutted the rented barracks they are occupying with their families.
Currently, the Police personnel who are traumatised due to the sudden fire outbreak, are lodging in hotels, guest houses until they are able to find accommodation.
The personnel, according to Police reports, lost all their personal belongings to the fire.
The reports say it took about 2 hours for the Ghana Fire Service personnel to quench the fire.
The MCE, Joefrey Badasu and the Regional Police Commander who were at the scene sympathised with the victims and assured them of efforts to alleviate their plight.
