Escript Solutions Limited has launched a new online medical delivery app to help with efficient and convenient medical delivery.
The new app “MedFind” which was launched in Accra on Tuesday 6th December, 2022, allows people to download and subscribe for free on the app and then they can order their prescriptions which will be delivered to them at their location.
In a speech read on behalf of the President of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSGH), Samuel Donkoh lauded Escript Solutions Limited for the innovation and encouraged others with similar innovative ideas to come together to help build a robust healthcare delivery.
“I take this opportunity to encourage others with ideas and new innovation to come together to eventually build a robust Ecosystem not just for pharmaceutical services but ultimately an integrated Hybrid Healthcare Ecosystem harnessing the power of technology, physical skills and knowledge as well as the power of Artificial Intelligence to make Ghana an attractive healthcare delivery destination and also offer quality affordable healthcare to citizens and residents.”
The Operations Manager of Escript Solutions Limited, Mr Freeman Acheampong said the “MedFind” app was designed as a solution to the difficulty in getting quality medication. He assured that all safety precautions have been put in place for quality service delivery.
“MedFind was designed for patients and caregivers to get quality and prescribe medication regardless of their location, it saves time and we have qualified personnel who will attend to our clients”.
The General Manager of Escript Solutions Limited said the company has plans of expanding the coverage of the MedFind app to other parts of the country, especially rural communities.
