Black Stars defender, Abdul Mumin, played a nearly perfect game on Sunday, November 13, as Rayo Vallecano advanced to the next stage of the Copa del Rey.
Mumin, since his full debut against Atletico Madrid, had not received any minute for the club as they continue to ease him into the team.
However, he was given a starting berth against CFJ Mellerussa away from home as Andoni Iraola made changes to his team.
In his 90 minutes on the field, Mumin recorded the most passes, completing 85 out of his 95 attempted passes.
The 24-year-old also won all of his aerial and ground duels in the game as Vallecano matched on a 3-1 victory at the end of the game.
Mumin joined the Spanish club during the summer transfer winning, signing from Portuguese side, Vitoria SC.
He has played three games for the club, starting two as he continues his adaptation in Spain.
