They were in Ghana for the historic 10th annual Global Citizen Festival on Saturday, September 14, but Black Panther actress Danai Gurira and TV show host Robin Roberts explored the country and its culture.
The duo appeared on Good Morning American, which Ms Roberts co-anchor's since 2005, to talk about their experiences in Ghana.
Robin Roberts and Danai Gurira were seen in a tour bus exploring Ghana’s capital city.
They later met the wife of the Vice President, Samira Bawumia at the Black Star Square.
The GMA host also did a segment on Ghanaian fashion which especially delved deeper into the Kente cloth, its history and its impact.
In another segment, Danai Gurira also talked about her experience in Ghana and how the Black Panther film has shaped the views and ideas people have had about Africa as a whole.
