The national amputee football team, the Black Black Challenge, is on the verge of missing out on a pre-world cup friendly against England due to United Kingdom visa processing delays.

England has agreed to engage Ghana in two friendlies on 3rd and 4th September, 2022 after the African champions missed out on a three-nation tournament between 30th and 31st of July, 2022.

Ghana was scheduled to clash with England and Poland in pre-world cup games but the Black Challenge was not present at the event as a result of UK visa processing delays.

It has been over six weeks since the applications were submitted.

Foreign-based Players and coaching staff are left disappointed as they have no idea when their passports will be available for the warm-up games against England.

Ghana are champions of Africa after beating Liberia in the Afcon final.
