The 4th Annual Africa Chief Executive Officers in Transport, Logistics & Supply Chain Forum will take place in Accra Ghana from 15-16 September 2022.
The two days forum under the theme “Creating a sustainable future through investing in the African logistics transport and supply chain sectors, the game changer” will be opened by the Minister of Transport, Kweku Ofori Asiamah.
The forum will bring together key industry players in the African transport logistics & supply chain space, including shipping agencies, African ports, mining and manufacturing supply chain sectors, maritime agencies, road freight, rail, land, sea, and air.
According to the organiser, Africa Trusted Business Solutions (ATBS) Group, the forum will be a well-balanced bespoke thought leadership event crafted by industry players with vast experiences in the African transport logistics & Supply chain sectors.
The Africa Leaders in Transport & Supply Chain Forum is a bespoke thought leadership platform that gathers key decision-maker ministers of transport across Africa, and leaders operating in the supply chain in diverse areas and industries.
It has become a beacon gathering for transport logistics & supply chain forums in the continent, as first-hand information from experts dealing with transport logistics resiliency in the digital age will be provided. Transport and logistics in Africa have never been the same post-Covid-19.
The gathering will draw experts and practitioners sharing ideas, and new ways of doing business. Key topics to be discussed during the event include demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the essential elements of the digital economy, future trends, and smart industries relating to supply chain management; analysing and differentiate the sub-functions of supply chain management and apply supply chain management concepts in sustaining the competitive advantage of African firms in the manufacturing and service environment and managing cross-functional drivers in supply chain and logistics in Africa.
