“Music is life itself” is a popular quote by Louis Armstrong which has inspired many people in their musical journey.
Kweku Flick, a fast-rising Ghanaian hip-hop and highlife artiste and songwriter, is taking inspiration from this quote.
According to him, music has been impactful and helped shape his life.
“My life would have been meaningless if not for music,” he told Leo Stanley on Luv Fm’s Showbiz Xtra.
“My brother was into music around 2016; I used to do rendition of songs by him to my friends in school. This inspired me to do my own music when I was in JHS three,” he spoke about his beginning.
Kweku Flick, born Andy Osei Sarfo, named Fameye is one of the people who inspired him to do music.
In responding to a question on the best moment in his career, he alluded to a warm reception by his fans when he traveled to the United Kingdom.
“Traveling to the UK is the inspiration behind my song ‘Ewiase’ which is on my King of Melodies EP,” he noted.
The King of Melodies Extended Playlist (EP) is already out on all digital streaming platforms, including the video of Ewiase on YouTube.
“The main focus of the King of Melodies EP is to let the whole world hear about Kweku Flick with all the diversities of genre in my music to satisfy my fans across the globe,” he stated.
