Government of Ghana has granted an extension to Aker Energy Ghana Limited for the submission of its Plan of Development (PDO).
The decision to grant the extension follows uncertainties about supplier commitments triggered by the war in Ukraine.
Government, Aker Energy and its licensed partners have agreed to work together to resolve the issues to facilitate the timely submission of the PDO.
