Communication manager of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Kwaku Ahenkorah has rubbished reports which emerged earlier Monday that management has been directed by the Manhyia Palace to reinstate Coach Mas-ud Didi Dramani.
Didi was asked to proceed on an accumulated leave by the club’s Board of Directors last Monday.
In an official statement released by the club, Ahenkorah vehemently denied that, Coach Dramani was to be reinstated saying, “There’s absolutely no truth in those reports. Kotoko fans are advised to completely ignore it.”
“That report (Didi reinstated as head coach) is out there; almost everywhere with many of our supporters calling for verification. Our side of the story is that, it is false. The story should be disregarded."
