The world all over, people are faced with struggles they have to overcome on a daily basis just to make ends meet or enjoy the life they want to live.
Just like the millions of people facing different struggles, Ghanaian rapper Kimilist channels his emotions into his music to express what he deals with to do what he does.
His new song 'Pressure' speaks about the struggles he faces daily.
For him, growing up where he did comes with a lot of pressure where people are appreciated mostly by the money they have.
Those who are not privileged enough to get an education are seen as being shallow-minded but even the educated end up acting shallow-minded due to the pressures they face.
Young people are faced with a lot of burdens from society, family, education, and most importantly finances.
For Kimilist, the burdens people face lead them to do a lot of things they may not be comfortable with. He believes that ultimately everyone wants to live a comfortable life but the pressures that come with that lifestyle may lead one astray.
The hip-hop/drill song produced by Iyke Parker is available for streaming on all platforms.
