The Ghana Stock Exchange has granted some listed companies extension for the submission of their Unaudited Financial Statement for the period ended March 31st, 2022.
The firms include Fan Milk, GOIL, ESLA PLC and SIC Insurance.
For GOIL, the GSE has given the Oil Marketing Company up till May 13th, 2022 to submit its unaudited financial statement, whilst Fan Milk, SIC Insurance and ESLA have up till May 15th, 2022; June 15th, 2022 and May 9, 2022 to do so.
Also, the GSE has granted further extension to almuninum smelter, ALUWORKS, for the submission of the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2021.
The deadline for the extension is May 31st, 2022.
