In anticipation of a win in the second leg of the World Cup qualifiers between Ghana and Nigeria, Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah seems to predict a 5 goals to 1 score line for the Black Stars.
Taking to Twitter in what seems like a goodwill message to the Black Stars and also a form of jubilation over the passing of the e-levy, the Minister stated "today dierrr Ghana to win over 1.5."
Ghana faces the Super Eagles in the second leg of their playoff at the Moshood Abiola Stadium later today after a scoreless stalemate at the Baba Yara Stadium last week Friday.
Ahead of the game, scores of Ghanaians have expressed hopes of a win for the Black Stars.
They contend that this would be a perfect gift for President Akufo-Addo as he marks his 78th Birthday.
A few hours before the much-anticipated match between the two giants in African football, the government's proposed Electronic Transaction Levy (e-levy) was passed. Should the Black Stars defeat their Nigerian counterparts, this would be a double victory for the Minister and especially the New Patriotic Party.

Parliament on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, approved the controversial Electronic Transactions (E-Levy) Bill.
This decision was reached after the Consideration Stage was completed by a Majority-sided House.
It was considered under a certificate of urgency. The Bill was adopted at a reduced rate of 1.5% from the initial 1.75% amid a Minority walkout.
President Akufo-Addo is expected to assent to the Bill for it to become law.
