Users on social media platform, Twitter, are excited to finally see the Ghanaian players who have been assembled ahead of the World Cup qualifier match.
Head coach Otto Addo on Tuesday revealed the set of players that would come against Super Eagles of Nigeria on Friday, March 25.
The list includes Joseph Wolacott, Issahaku Abdul Fatawu, Jordan Ayew, Thomas Partey, Daniel Kofi Kyereh among others. However, Ghana's Dede Ayew did not feature in the list.
A section of the users believes his presence would deter Ghana from qualifying.
But others believe Andre Dede Ayew's absence will cost the national team at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Dede has been suspended from playing the Friday match because of a red card he received at the game against Comoros at 2021 AFCON tournament.
For some, they would have preferred Dede replace his brother, Jordan Ayew, who is said to have contracted Covid-19.
