Despite the passage of Intestate Succession Act, 1985, (PNDC Law 111) to curb the injustices mated out to spouses, particularly women after the death of a man, some distance relatives still find dubious means to rob the widow and children of the possessions left behind.
In view of this, JoyNews' Legal Light programme, The Law will give a free legal clinic on wives and children fighting over properties left behind by the man.
Legal practitioners, Susanna Nyampong and Augustine Asafo-Adjei will join host, Samson Lardy Anyenini to shed more light on the topic.
