One more life has been lost to the coronavirus disease according to the Ghana Health Service (GHS).
In its latest update, the Service revealed that the recent casualty brings the country's total death cases to 1,209.
As of November 20, Ghana's active cases stood at 669 with the GHS recording 24 new cases.
The Greater Accra, Volta and the Bono East Regions as well as the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) have recorded new cases.
The additional cases brings the total confirmed Covid-19 cases to 130,920.
Meanwhile, some 26 individuals and three others who have fallen victim to the pandemic are in severe and critical condition respectively.
Also, the Ghana Health Service has discharged about 129,042 people who have recovered from the virus.
On the other hand, the Multimedia Group Limited in collaboration with the Ayawaso Central Ghana Health Service, will today continue its immunization exercise for persons yet to be vaccinated against Covid-19.
The exercise will end on Friday, November 26, 2021.
Statistics from the GHS reveals that a total of 842,225 Ghanaians have been fully immunized against the pandemic.
