Defending champions Presec-Legon has thrashed Techiman SHS and Swedru SHS in the last contest of the first quarter-final stage of the 2021 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ).
PRESEC Legon took a comfortable lead at the end of round one of the contest as they led both schools with a huge margin of scores.
The contest was right from the onset a downhill for PRESEC Legon.
PRESEC Legon never had a tough contest from both schools. Rather, they easily sailed through taking the lead in all five rounds.
The Odade3 boys nearly won the Prudential Life NSMQ Star award in the “Problem of the Day” round after they amassed nine points.

Swedru SHS had six points while Techiman SHS scored two points.

Despite the fervent efforts from Swedru SHS and Techiman SHS, they could not come close to the defending champions.
The Odade3 boys in the end won the contest with 70 points and are expected to face Saint Peter's Boys and Chemu SHS in the next stage of the competition.
