The ultramodern Plantsville Residences building, located in Dansoman, Akokor Foto Poultry Farm Avenue, Accra, has five fully furnished one and two-bedroom apartments and the Office Complex.
Speaking at the official opening of the Plantsville Residences and Office Complex, the CEO of the Nii Plants, Theo Ayitey-Adjin, said Plantsville Residences was established to solve the accommodation challenges faced by car rental and logistics clients of its sister companies, Nii Plants & Car Rental and NiiPlants Logistics.
“It came to our realisation that some of the clients we pick up from the airport were in search of standard accommodations, like Airbnb and the quest to provide a seamless rental service made me want to solve this problem for my clients”, he said.
He added that the Plantsville Residences in Dansoman was the first of many branches established across Ghana very soon to serve various clients' needs.
According to Mr Ayitey-Adjin, the Nii Plants company aspires to, in the closet future, become a household name in the rental and logistics industry in Ghana and a competitive brand internationally.
He said the topmost priority of Nii Plants was to ensure that its customers were delighted by the services they received from the company.
He said customer satisfaction would lead to repeat business in terms of recommendations and referrals, which would ensure the company's continuous growth.
“In our company, we recognise that our salaries are paid by our customers and not our profits. We recognise that we only survive and thrive because most of our customers are happy with our products and service and encourage others.
"We will thrive on making our customer care experience a top-notch one that will keep our customers loyal to us”, he added.
Mr Ayitey-Adjin noted that the greatest assets aside from the management staff in the transportation sector were drivers because, without them, persons and goods could not be transported.
“Our drivers are the lifeline upon which we have seen success, and they must therefore be treated with love and respect”, he said.
He further stated that playing a role in reducing Ghana’s unemployment level was a motivating factor for the company, adding that the company continues to bring onboard new members as it establishes new businesses and expands.
He commended the entities, including Hyundai Motors and Investment, Tata Africa Holdings, CFAO Motors, Honda Motors, Toyota Ghana, and ABSA Bank, for their continuous support of Nii Plants Company.
