The Vice President, Dr Mahammudu Bawumia, will visit Ejura Sekyedumase, where the military attacked protesting youth, which has resulted in the death of two persons and left four others injured.
During his visit on Friday, he will meet religious and traditional leaders of the community.
Dr Bawumia will also commiserate with bereaved families during the visit.
This comes barely 24-hours after the Interior Ministry set up a three-member committee to investigate the circumstances that led to the commotion in the area.
The committee has been given a 10-day ultimatum to submit its report to the Interior Minister for onforward transfer to President Akufo-Addo.
Following the death of 40-year-old Ibrahim Mohammed, aka Kaaka, the youth say they are willing to sacrifice their lives to get justice for him.
The youth stormed the Police station to inquire about the extent of the investigation into the murder of their colleague, stressing that they want the Police to leave no stone unturned in bringing the perpetrators to book.
Although the Police told them that two persons have been arrested in connection with the crime, the agitated protestors said it was just a façade.
Pressing home their demand for justice, the youth hit the streets and were met by the Military and Police personnel.
Four soldiers were seen moving in a horizontal line with a Police water cannon discharging on the protestors.
Initially, the Military started shooting into the sky, but at some point, when the protesters charged, they started shooting into the crowd.
The act has since been condemned by a section of Ghanaians insisting that the security perpetrators who undertook the operation must be brought to book.
