The Ministry for National Security on June 7,2021 launched the National Security Strategy with the overarching vision to maintain Ghana as an open, tolerant, socially cohesive, peace-loving, people-centred, secure, united and prosperous constitutional democracy that upholds the rule of law.
The launch of the the National Security Strategy comes after the National Security Ministry found itself in the news since May 11, when its operatives allegedly physically abused a Citi FM journalist, Caleb Kudah at their premises.
So, tonight on PM Express, Joy News’ Evans Mensah hosted, Director of Faculty of Academic Affairs and Research, KAIPTC Prof. Kwesi Aning, Former Deputy Interior Minister And MP for Builsa North Constituency, James Agalga and UN Senior Mediation Advisor and former Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister, Dr Emmanuel Bombande at 9.00 pm to dissect the new National Security policy.
