Former President John Dramani Mahama and his wife, Lordina on Sunday joined well-wishers, leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and family of the late Dr Sulley Gariba in Tamale for the third day 'Adu'a'.
The Development Policy Expert died on April 27.
The deceased was a former Ambassador to Canada during the presidency of Mr Mahama and he was also a policy adviser to the former president.
