The Supreme Court on Monday resumed hearing of the election petition filed by 2020 NDC Presidential candidate John Dramani Mahama.
By the close of the hearing, lead counsel for the petitioner, Tsatsu Tsikata had taken another hit.
It was another failed attempt to have the apex court reopen the petitioner's case to subpoena the First respondent, the Electoral Commission.
Some Ghanaians took to social media, after the ruling to express their support to the legal counsel for John Mahama over another heartbreak.
You may dislike the party or even dislike the man but as a lawyer or a law student, you must love the lawyer; Tsatsu Tsikata

It's a privilege to live in the same era as Tsatsu Tsikata! He will be spoken of just like the heros of our land are!

Can't wait to witness the well researched addresses of both parties. Law will be enriched for sure.
As for the politics.....let's leave it to the spin doctors#TsatsuTsikata #AkotoAmpaw #ElectionPetition2021
Now that Tsatsu Tsikata and Mahama's review is dismissed once again, what's the next strategy of the petitioner?

Although it was a sad day for some, other users jumped unto the bandwagon to sing the highlight of today's hearing; the prophetic word by Tsatsu Tsikata taken from Hosea 8:7.

Like our prisons can't contain us if telling them the truth about their inconsistent application of law and discretionary powers is anything they must deal with on this 🐦 #TsatsuTSIKATA#BiasedSupremeCourt#SupremeUnanimousFC pic.twitter.com/MwGrQvxit4

Interpretation of HOSEA 8:7

“Every decision has consequences; a person's actions will come back to them; if one starts trouble or takes actions in spite of the discontent they cause, one will incur negative consequences.”#TsatsuTSIKATA#BiasedSupremeCourt#SupremeUnanimousFC
And Tsatsu the Law, spake unto them saying, "Alas, Hosea 8:7"
Exasperated by the belligerence of his insolent impudence, they charged Sergeant Lee, (the Tea n Biscuit Lawyer) to respond and debunk the words of Tsatsu
So did he, with utmost banality

Hosea 8:7 has nothing to do with the petitioner's case. Nonfa !

This trend of bible quotes is not new to election petition trial. Then 2012 NPP Presidential candidate Nana Akufo-Addo also resulted to the use of some verses in the Bible.
Before Hosea 8:7 by Tsatsu Tsikata

There was Leviticus 19:15 by President Nana Addo.
