Kosta Papic has landed a new job in South Africa a few days after he shockingly left his role as Hearts of Oak head coach.
The Serbian has been appointed as technical manager of South African top-flight side FC Black Leopards.
He was unveiled by Leopards on Thursday afternoon, three days after Hearts of Oak accepted his resignation.
Papic resigned after barely three months at the helm of affairs, citing, among others, interference from the club’s management as a frustrating reason behind his decision.
Those claims have been denied by board members Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe and Vincent Sowah Odotei.
The recent spell is Papic’s second time coaching Hearts. Between 2008 and 2009, the 60-year-old first managed the club, helping win their last Ghana Premier League title. Since then, the Phobians have not won any major trophy.
Hearts are currently 11th on the league table with 17 points, five off top spot.
