The Supreme Court today ruled on the petitioner, John Mahama's request to reopen his election petition case.
The court yesterday heard legal arguments on the application by lawyers for the 1st and 2nd Respondents who both opposed the submissions by the petitioner's lead counsel, Tsatsu Tsikata.
Former President John Mahama is seeking leave from the apex court to reopen his case so he can subpoena the EC Chairperson, Jean Mensa.
