Kylie Jenner stepped out today wearing a pair of frisky, psychedelic pants. In a series of Instagrams, she posed in the swirly, aqua pants, accessorized with a belly chain and a white cropped T-shirt, in front of a blue SUV and a staircase.
The pants in question are a rare pair from Tom Ford’s Gucci spring 2001 men’s collection. The stylists Mackenzie and Alexandra Grandquist scored the piece from student Nilesh Rodrigo, of the archive fashion account @thesonofsex.
While the pants originally appeared on a male model and sat quite low and were paired with a loose silk top, the pants were styled on Jenner in a much saucier, feminine look.
It’s not the first time we’ve seen Jenner in Tom Ford’s Gucci. In a viral stream of posts back in 2018, Jenner sat perched on a bed wearing a bedazzled body-hugging number from the Spring 2000 show—modeled by Jacquetta Wheeler—while her sister Kim Kardashian scored a museum-worthy double-G thong emblem from the Spring 1997 show. Both those items showcased the red-hot sultriness of Tom Ford’s Gucci. As for these pants? They were pure aughts extravagance.
