Police have begun investigations into the gruesome murder of a middle aged barber at Asylum Down in the early hours of Monday.
The middle aged man whose name was given as Osei was found on Monday morning at the Bethany International School with the chest widely opened, head partially slashed and some body parts including the heart taken.
His body as well as utensils and buckets beside him were all soaked in blood.
The Assemblyman for the area, Ebow Mensah, told Joy News that the incident has heightened the fear of residents about activities of people engaged in internet fraud popularly known as Sakawa.
Authorities of the school had asked all pupils to go home at the time Joy News got to the scene.
The acting administrator told Joy News that several attempts to get the deceased to stop sleeping in the school have proven futile.
Personnel from the Adabraka police station and the Regional Crime Office who visited the crime scene declined any interview. They however hinted that they have begun investigating the matter.
